Details
- Only one school per district may participate in the promotion. ("The school")
- There is no obligation for other schools in the district to use k12pages at any time.
- The school must use k12pages as their main school site. The first ten schools to switch over to k12pages are awarded with this promotion
- The Software License Fee ($1,500) is waived for the school as long as the school continues to use k12pages. Should the school discontinue the use of k12pages for more than six months and wish to return to the k12pages system, the school would be responsible for the Software Licensing Fee.
- The school shall be granted two years of Hosting Services Agreement effective from the date the school's web site is considered "live".
- If the school district of the school chooses k12pages as its district-wide web solution, the school shall be granted FREE use of k12pages for as long as the district contracts with k12pages. If the school wishes to continue their usage of k12pages after two years without district-wide participation, it is obligated to purchase the annual Hosting Services Agreement ($1 per student - $500 for a district level site).
- The school is under no obligation to purchase any contract or services from k12pages if it does not wish to continue service.
- If the school ceases to use k12pages this promotion is rescinded and may be offered to another school in another district.
