Staff Accounts
Create a staff account with just a name and email address. You may also choose to place the staff member in an appropriate staff group, such as "6th Grade Team" or "Finance Department". A welcoming email will be automatically set to the staff member providing a link to set his or her own login and password. The staff member will also be instantly added to both the school and district staff directories. Lost logins and passwords are reissued by the webmaster with just a single click of a link.

Staff accounts may also be archived, saving the account information and data but removing the staff member from the directory. This would be useful for a staff member that participates in a teacher exchange abroad and intents to return. Staff who transfer to another building may have their accounts and data transfer with them.

Staff directories are easily maintained with convenient drag and drop sorting.

OneStop Account Management

Student and Parent OneStop Accounts
OneStop accounts take very little time to create and school personnel have enough to do without managing potentially hundreds of user accounts. For this reason and for security reasons, school and district personnel, including the webmaster, have no access to OneStop account information through the k12pages website. Schools, particularly of younger students, may choose to encourage students to adhere to login and password standards during account creation, thus making it easier for staff to assist students.
